Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces frozen Uncrustables sandwiches (any flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (optional) For brushing

Instructions

Preparation

  • Remove the Uncrustables from their plastic wrappers. Discard the packaging.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (about 1–2 minutes) if your model recommends preheating.
  • Place up to four frozen Uncrustables in a single layer in the basket. Don’t crowd them.
  • Lightly brush the tops with melted butter using a pastry brush. This step is optional but promotes golden color.

Cooking

  • Cook at 350°F: For sweet Uncrustables (jelly/jam): 6–8 minutes; For savory varieties (cheese, meat alternatives): 8–10 minutes.
  • Check after the minimum time. The sandwiches should be golden and slightly puffed.
  • Let them cool 2–3 minutes before serving to avoid burns from hot filling.

Notes

Butter can be swapped for a light spray of olive oil or a dairy-free spread. If using homemade crustless sandwiches, seal them well to prevent leaking during air frying. Use caution when serving to kids as the filling can be very hot.
