Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Croissant dough (store-bought pre-rolled sheet or tube)
  • 1/2 cup Nutella or chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips Works best for even pockets of chocolate
  • 1 spray Cooking spray (optional) Helps with browning and prevents sticking

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to promote even browning.
  • Unroll the croissant dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into triangles.
  • Place about 1 teaspoon of Nutella and a few mini chocolate chips at the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the wide end toward the tip to form a crescent shape, tucking the tip under to help keep it closed.
  • Arrange the croissants in the air fryer basket with space in between to allow for puffing.
  • Lightly spray them with cooking spray for extra shine if desired.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown. Check at 8 minutes.
  • Let them cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best texture. Store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours. Reheat in the air fryer at 325°F for best results.
