Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak Ideal for tenderness and flavor.
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley For garnish.

Preparation

  • Pat dry the steak with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Cut the steak into bite-sized chunks, about 1 inch squares.
  • Transfer the pieces into a large bowl.
  • Add melted butter, minced garlic, garlic salt, and black pepper to the steak. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cooking

  • Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 5-6 minutes, tossing or flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • Once cooked, transfer the steak bites to a serving bowl or platter.

Garnishing and Serving

  • Sprinkle with minced parsley, and serve hot with melted butter or your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or horseradish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months. Use a meat thermometer for perfect doneness: medium-rare is 135°F, medium is 145°F.
