Preparation

  • Gently fold in the blueberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.
  • Spoon the mixture into your chosen molds or an ice cube tray, filling each section to the top.
  • If you want a delightful crunch, sprinkle granola over each bite before freezing.

Freezing

  • Place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours or until they are completely firm.

Serving

  • Once frozen, pop the bites out and enjoy as a refreshing and healthy snack!
