Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 large large chicken breasts, diced (about 1 to 1.25 lb total)
  • 4 large large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry and dice into even, bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, toss the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken in a single layer and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 2–3 minutes.

Assembling

  • Lay tortillas flat, spread about 2 tablespoons of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla.
  • Divide the cooked chicken evenly among the tortillas and sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese over each.
  • Fold the tortillas into wraps.

Grilling

  • Return the non-stick pan to medium heat and place the folded wraps seam-side down in the pan.
  • Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  • Remove from pan, let rest for 1 minute, then cut each wrap in half. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Short on time? Use shredded rotisserie chicken. For a lighter option, use whole-wheat or low-carb tortillas. For a tangier sauce, mix Greek yogurt with minced garlic and lemon juice.
