Ingredients

Filling ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 ounces.
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning Or 1 tablespoon homemade ranch mix.
  • 8 ounces cooked and diced thick-cut turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Wraps

  • 2–3 pieces burrito-size tortillas 10–12 inch.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Soften the cream cheese on the counter for 15–30 minutes so it mixes smoothly.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth and evenly blended.
  • Fold in diced cooked chicken, diced turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar-jack. Season with a little salt and pepper; taste and adjust.

Assembly

  • Lay a burrito-size tortilla flat. Spread about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of the mixture across the surface, leaving a 1/2-inch margin at the far edge.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly from the near edge into a firm cylinder. Place seam-side down on a plate or baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Chill the rolled cylinders in the fridge for 10 minutes to firm up — this prevents squashing while slicing.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into ~1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.

Notes

Serve pinwheels at room temperature or slightly chilled. Great for appetizers, potlucks, and parties. Store in an airtight container for 3–4 days in the refrigerator.
