Ingredients

For the ravioli

  • 1 package frozen cheese ravioli (about 20–30 ravioli depending on brand)

For the coating

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko for crunch or plain if you prefer)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Olive oil spray

For serving

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). A hot basket helps the crust set quickly.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth.

Breading

  • Working one at a time, dip each frozen ravioli into the egg wash, letting excess drip off.
  • Press into the breadcrumb mixture to ensure they are well coated.
  • Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  • Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Air-fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and hot.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to restore crispiness.
