For the Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts thick-cut for juiciness

For the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika for color
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure even cooking.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  • Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over them, coating each piece thoroughly.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and juices run clear.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice to the garlic butter before baking.
