Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved Choose small, even-sized potatoes for uniform cooking.

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Alternatively, use 1–1.5 tsp garlic powder.
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust to taste; parmesan adds saltiness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in a single layer.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the grated Parmesan, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, black pepper, and olive oil until you have a loose paste.
  • Spoon or pour the parmesan-garlic mixture evenly over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring pieces are well coated.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours.
