Ingredients
  

For the Hibiscus Water

  • 1/2 cup dried hibiscus flowers Make sure to use high-quality dried hibiscus flowers.
  • 40 oz hot water Water should be boiling.
  • 1/2 cup lemonade Can substitute with other fruit juices or sweeteners.
  • to taste slices lemon slices Optional garnish.

Preparation

  • In a kettle, bring water to a boil, then add the dried hibiscus flowers. Allow the mixture to steep until the water turns a rich crimson hue.
  • Once the tea is brewed, let it cool. After it’s reached room temperature, you can refrigerate it overnight for extra chill.
  • When ready to serve, fill a tall glass with ice, pour in the lemonade, add the chilled hibiscus tea, and stir gently.
  • Optionally, garnish with lemon slices for added zing and visual appeal.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh; store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For future use, consider freezing portions in ice cube trays.
