Ingredients
  

For the tea

  • 2 cups brewed green tea Use quality green tea for better flavor.

For the blueberry mixture

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries Frozen blueberries can also be used.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness to taste; alternatives include agave nectar.

For serving

  • Ice cubes Use ice cubes for serving the tea.

Preparation

  • Brew 2 cups of green tea and let it cool completely.
  • In a blender, add 1 cup of fresh blueberries and blend until smooth.
  • Optional: Strain the blueberry puree if a smoother texture is desired.
  • In a large pitcher, combine the cooled tea, blueberry puree, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the blueberry-green tea mixture over the ice. Enjoy!

Notes

For serving, garnish with fresh blueberries and mint. Pair with light snacks like cucumber sandwiches or a fruit salad. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
