Soup Base

- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

Preparation
Start by heating the broth in a large pot over medium heat.
