  • 2 cups pomegranate seeds Use fresh seeds for best results.
  • 3/4 cup melted white chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder Adjust to taste for lighter or stronger flavor.
  • 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut Optional for extra texture.
  • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate Optional for contrast and deeper flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the pomegranate seeds in a wide triangle or tree shape and lightly press them together.

Making the Drizzle

  • Melt the white chocolate and whisk in the matcha powder until the color is even.
  • Drizzle the matcha chocolate over the pomegranate tree in relaxed zigzags.
  • Sprinkle coconut on top if desired and drizzle dark chocolate for extra flavor.

Chilling

  • Freeze for 20 to 25 minutes until the chocolate is firm.

Serving

  • Lift the tree from the parchment or break it into smaller pieces before serving.

Notes

Use fresh pomegranate seeds to prevent extra liquid. Keep the tree chilled until serving to prevent melting. Shape options include stars, wreaths, or bark slabs.
