Ingredients

For the Fluff

  • 8 oz sugar free cool whip 1 normal sized container
  • 0.3 oz sugar free strawberry jello mix 1 package
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup ice water

Instructions

Preparation

  • Boil 3/4 cup of water in a microwave for about 3 minutes, or until you see bubbles.
  • Whisk in the jello mix until the powder is fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  • Measure out 1 cup of ice and fill it with water to the 1-cup mark. Pour this ice water into the jello mixture, stirring until the ice completely melts and the mixture begins to thicken.
  • Gently whisk the cool whip into the jello mixture until it’s smooth and well combined.
  • Refrigerate the fluff for about 10 minutes, then stir again.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual cups or a larger serving bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the fluff is fully set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. For longer storage, consider freezing it, but the texture may change slightly upon thawing. For variations, try different jello flavors or add fruits like crushed pineapple.
