Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Use creamy white chocolate chips for best results
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk Adds luscious sweetness
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Brings all the flavors together

For the ‘Bloody’ Center

  • as needed red food coloring Adjust quantity for desired intensity

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  • Divide the mixture in half; keep one half white and color the other half with red food coloring.
  • In a lined baking dish, pour in the white fudge mixture and smooth it out evenly.
  • Drop dollops of the red fudge over the white and swirl together to create a marbled effect.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm, then cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. No need to reheat, best served chilled.
