8 Keto Holiday Appetizers
01Why this one

These keto appetizers are the ones I would put out on a holiday party table: three buffalo chicken dips, cheese-shell beef taquitos, two kinds of sausage balls, chicken fritters and pepperoni pizza cups. Every recipe comes in under 5 g net carbs per serving, and I checked each number against the recipe card. Nothing here leans on crackers, bread or a sugary glaze, and every one is made with beef or chicken. Pick two or three, make them ahead, and the appetizer plate stays easy.

I recalculated each recipe from its ingredient list with USDA data before it made the list. The numbers under each recipe are per serving as the card defines it: a serving is one taquito, one fritter, one pizza cup or one scoop of dip, so check the serving size on the card. Net carbs are total carbs minus fiber. Cook the chicken and the ground beef dishes to the safe temperatures in the USDA safe minimum internal temperature chart.
